Policies
A valid Card is required to book your reservation for No Call/No Shows & Late Cancellations fees. Card will not be charged upon booking. Payments will be collected in person, after your service is completed.

If you arrive 10 minutes late from your scheduled appointment time, it is considered as Same Day Cancellation and 100% of booked service(s) fee will be charged.
If you are running 10 minutes late or know you will be running late to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible by calling or texting only. I may only be able to continue with some of the services booked(if more than one service). Please be advised, if we are unable to take you at the time your late arrival, you will be charged for 100% of the missed service(s). If your service is still able to be completed at your late arrival, your service time will be shortened and we will complete as much as the service possible with the time remaining. The full price of all original booked service(s) still apply. No exceptions.
Please arrive on time. Be courteous of clients appointments scheduled after your reservation. Reservations are booked to provide you and others a quality service within an allotted time.

Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee is 50% of the service(s) booked at Full Price.
Cancellations and reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service. Please call or text to notify for any rescheduling needs as soon as possible to accommodate other clients and to get you back on calendar. This applies to cancelling/changing additional services booked (within 24 hrs) if you have multiple scheduled for one visit.
Late Cancellation/Reschedule are not equivalent to “Same Day Cancellation” and must be done prior to the day of your booked appointment to be considered as late cancellation/reschedule.

Same Day Cancellation Fee is 100% of the service(s) booked at Full Price.
Cancelling any or all service(s) from your appointment on the same day, and 1(one) or more services from your booked appointment in the same day. This includes canceling any services from your appointment at time of your arrival, for any reason.

No Call/No Show Fee is 100% of the service(s) booked at Full Price.
No-call no-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services. A client with repeated cancellations or no-shows/ failure to abide by studio policies will be terminated from booking future appointments at Necesse Aesthetics. You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation/no-show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased at Necesse Aesthetics. Products are final sale.

We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a service. For the safety of your child, focus and concentration of services provided to you, we ask that you do not bring your children or that they be accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. We are unable to supervise your children as it compromises our attention and focus to detail in our craft. We have limited space in our studio to accommodate extra guests. Our top priority is to immerse you with our full attention for the best outcome.

You must have a parent or legal guardian present for your appointment if you are under 18 years of age. You may have your parent/guardian fill out a parent consent form for future appointments to be serviced without them present.
